Our fermentation wizards have been itching to dial down the ABV for a while now, and the High Hop Council finally decided to grant them their wish (that is to say our wizards waded through the epic red tape sea to reach a mystic altar where they proceeded to wand a bunch of bureaucratic magic through and get their application stamped by a few people who have apparently “paid their dues”). We pushed the ABV down to 3.5% and added a little raspberry and grapefruit tart hit to rep the refreshment vibe and get the party started right.
