Unpredictable evolution has produced another strange mutation. Its aroma is fruity, fforal and with notes of nectar, with soft wood and a little plum. The taste is fforal, fruity, slightly herbal, with subtle notes of basil and oregano, as well as nice citrus and zest. It’s not that bitter, but the basil and oregano notes add a nice touch to the beer.
