ABV 6% | Frozen Hops IPA We never thought we would be able to brew a fresh hop version of Soup but this is pretty close. YCH have produced a cryo hop pellet that captures fresh hop character. The hops are harvested and pelletised under cryogenic conditions and then frozen. This product allows us to make a version of Soup that is bursting with fresh passion fruit and mango aromas but with an added grassy depth that only fresh hops can provide. This is a one off special beer to commemorate the return of Mash Beer Festival so get your hands on it while it lasts!
