A creamy body lays the platform for stacks of locally-sourced cherries to juice things up. This beer is smooth with slight notes of almond playing in the background alongside the full-on cherry character. We went heavy on the unmalted oats, looking to push the creaminess to the max, then added a touch of lime to make this as refreshing as it gets.
