Small batch series Bee Hive Wild Ale ABV: 7.7% | IBU: 15 | Vol: 750 mL brewed to bee wild, a collaboration with our good friends at 香港原蜜 Hong Kong Raw Honey, is our maiden effort to harvest wild culture from beehives to produce something unique. Pouring an elegant light orange, our beehive wild ale emits prominent notes of tropical fruits such as guava and longan with delicate floral and zesty flavours, accompanied by a barnyard funkiness. The beer is perfectly balanced by the pleasant mouth-watering sourness and gentle bitterness from the raw honey, with refined oak character from the French oak barrels. The medium-low body accompanied by soft carbonation culminates to a graceful finish.
