Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting, just like a Sculpin fish.
Rich golden brown with tinges of red- these are the hues of Kyara Beer. You can enjoy vivid and clean bitterness with savory aroma like white grape or spicy citrus made from selected aroma hops. 6 malts varieties and slightly higher alcohol content make rounded medium body taste. Because of the use of bottom fermentation lager yeasts the finish is clear and refreshing.
An ale brewed with Japanese wild breed mandarin “Fukure Mikan”.
The refreshing flavor of this mandarin complements well with the citrusy hops.
The Dai Dai IPA shows a perfect balance between hop bitterness and the umami flavor.
Style: Double NEIPA
Super ripe tropical fruit on the nose with a burst of initial mango and papaya. The nose follows through to the palate with more intense tropical fruit flavors. A typical hazy New England IPA, packs a punch at 8.2%.
