The sourness of the Saison yeast matches that of the rice koji and enhances the drinkability of this, smooth, unfiltered and aromatic beer. 2 x Anbai Ale: Anbai Ale has an additional mix of fresh Japanese plum and sea salt with rich minerals, blended with Hitachino Nest Beer to create a perfectly balanced taste between fruity, malts and hops. 2 x Pale Ale: The Pale Ale is brewed with a traditional English method and uses British malts and hops. It is malty, hoppy, and carries a rich and full body. 2 x Ginger Ale: A unique beer brewed with raw ginger that gives out complex flavors and aromas of ginger, citrus, and malts.
