Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting, just like a Sculpin fish.
A hoppy pilsner that is perfect for the hot summer days.
The Lager uses a very special breed of hops from New Zealand – Nelson Sauvin.
As the hop bitterness cuts through the malt, it also brings out a bowl
of fruits with aromas of peaches, guava, and sauvignon grapes.
Fruit Punch Berliner Weisse
ABV: 4.5% | IBU: 6
A fruit punch Berliner Weisse dominated by raspberry and guava on the nose, with hints of fruit punch-like characters coming through from tropical fruits like passionfruit, pineapple, mango, and cranberry. On the palate, the tartness from kettle souring lifts up the tropical fruit notes and follows through with a dry and thirst quenching finish. Hazy pink color from the wheat in the grainbill and generous fruit additions.
