Barrel-aged Wheatwine | ABV: 11.9% | IBU: 65
Brewed on our first anniversary and aged for 12 months in barrel to celebrate our second year. Pours a deep amber color. Aromas of caramel, toffee, molasses. A subtle oak character with hints of vanilla. Drinks surprisingly easy for 11.9%, medium to full-bodied with plum & raisin dominant and subtle tannins from the oak lingering with the malt sweetness. Best to age for a few months and will last well into the future.
