A robust Double IPA with intense hop flavors of tangerines, dried pineapples and white oak. The complex malt characters of toasted bread and malt candy help balance the hop flavors but still allows the beer to finish strong with a sturdy bitterness.
Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. A hoppy pilsner that is perfect for the hot summer days.
The Lager uses a very special breed of hops from New Zealand – Nelson Sauvin.
As the hop bitterness cuts through the malt, it also brings out a bowl
of fruits with aromas of peaches, guava, and sauvignon grapes.
