    Smoke n Barrel Winter Smoked Beer | ABV: 7.4% Smoke ‚Äòn‚Äô Barrels is all about encorporating local ingredients and also smoking malts with various varieties of wood. For a true taste of Somerset winter we smoked local sloes with liquorish root. Intense and rich, the base Belgian Dubbel base is packed with date, fig and dried fruit character. It was also finished by filling one of our new red wine foudres straight from california. The vineous wood character increases the decadent delight even further. The recipe began at our R&D pilot brewery, but quickly became a favorite of our crew. One sip of this gold medal-winning stout will have you ready to take command of your own fleet. 2 x Unfiltered Sculpin: Unfiltered Sculpin IPA packs extra hops into every sip, enhancing the classic Sculpin notes of fresh apricot, peach, mango and lemon with a slight haze and less bitterness.
