Delivery Terms

For local deliveries:

If your order is $400 or above, delivery is FREE of charge. If your order is below $400, an $80 flat delivery fee will be charged. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after your order is received. Delivery will be done 2-5 business days after your order is received. We use Yamato Logistics as our local delivery service provider and due to the recent COVID-19 situation please refer to http://hk.ta-q-bin.com/en/ if you want the latest update on their delivery arrangements. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking # which can be tracked at http://hk.ta-q-bin.com/en/ 

Note: if you’re hosting a party, have an event or purchasing an important gift that MUST be delivered on a certain date, please make sure you place the order earlier and designate a delivery date in advance, you can add this special request in the notes section or contact us with your order #.


We do not accept returns, if a bottle or can arrives damaged or have quality issues we can send you a replacement, substitute or a partial refund.

Out of stock item:

If an item is out of stock after your purchase, our staff will inform you and recommend a similar product or offer you a partial refund for that particular item.


If you wish to cancel your order that has been shipped out there will be an 8% cancellation fee. So your order value will be credited back to your payment method minus an 8% cancellation fee.
