This will hopefully be the first of a few collabs with them and we have gone a fruited coffee sour. Something similar to a group 14 beer we did called grind course and brew short which was sour punch with whole bean coffee added. Pours a hazy pink from the truckload of guava we added. This beer is fermented out on guava and raspberry and then added to wholebean coffee. Aromas of guava, coffee and raspberry with a little vanilla balancing perfectly with a subtle sweetness and crisp tartness leaving you a mouthwatering and lingering finish.
