Patiently aging for 18 months before secondary fermentation carried out on fruit. Tangerine, guava and a subtle earthy funkiness on the the nose. Pineapple, stonefruit, guava and orange with an underlying oakiness balance seamlessly with the lactic and acetic acid leave a refreshing and mouth watering finish.
