Ingredients: 34 regional botanicals, pot still distilled, proprietary grain spirit made from a blend of wheat, rye and spelt, macerated with homegrown fresh quince fruits, Riesling wine and quince juice.

Tasting Note: Delicate rose-like florals emerge alongside the juicy, caramelised fruit tones of the quince. Refreshing, fruity, perfectly balanced and deliciously sweet!

Ideal Cocktail: French 75, Sour or White Lady.
