Cascade Brewing, Hot Deals, Beer by Flavors Noyaux (pronounced noy-OH) is a blend of sour blond ales aged in white wine barrels for up to 24 months with fresh raspberries and apricot noyaux. Offering a complex bouquet of raspberry fruit, rose petals, toasted almonds and soft perfume notes. The Noyaux nut can be found inside of the apricot pit which we take from the fresh whole apricots we use in making Cascade Brewing Apricot.

BrewDog, Beer by Brewery, Hot Deals Dog C: 15.1% Imperial Stout brewed with copious amounts of dark malts, pure cacao and coffee, balanced by the subtle addition of naga chilli. Perfect for ageing in your cellar or drinking fresh if you are lucky enough to get your paws on a bottle. Dog D: pours like dark matter into your glass, with a deep tan head. The nose is subtle but powerful, and on the palate, there’s a treacle toffee backbone, supporting the spicy hop flavour and naga chilli heat. Paradox Compass Box: Our huge stout was aged in Compass Box great King Street barrels for 221 days before bottling.
Full bodied, crashing roasty malt flavours are tempered by a rich chocolate character, balanced with light smoke and an extra layer of orange oil complexity. ABV: 10.1% | IBU: 75 First brewed in 2011, this IPA is something truly magnificent, unique and well worth brewing again. The recipe was a collaboration with our friends Toshi Ishii (whose first brewing job was at Stone for many years, before going on to become one of Japan’s most celebrated craft brewers), and Brian Baird (who founded Japan’s Baird Brewing). Whole leaf green tea adds a gentle accent to the blend of northern and southern hemisphere hops in this recipe, and our fans have been asking (some demanding) for its bright herbaceousness to make a return for years. To have such an innovative creation be so fervently enjoyed by nearly everyone who tries it – there’s nothing better. When the time inevitably comes to ask us for another release, just say “Mou ippai!” (I’ll have another!)
