The Noyaux nut can be found inside of the apricot pit which we take from the fresh whole apricots we use in making Cascade Brewing Apricot.

YCH have produced a cryo hop pellet that captures fresh hop character. The hops are harvested and pelletised under cryogenic conditions and then frozen. This product allows us to make a version of Soup that is bursting with fresh passion fruit and mango aromas but with an added grassy depth that only fresh hops can provide.
