The 2016 edition of Yamazaki Sherry Cask is a limited release of just 5,000 bottles. The 2013 bottling was awarded World Whisky of the Year in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible 2015 and this is set to be the most sought-after whisky of 2016.

Palate: Deep, rich, sweet and sour, chocolate with hazelnuts.

Finish: Long, bittersweet, sour.
